1.Q:Are you a factory or trading company?
A:We are a factory located in Qingdao city. It will take one hour to airport. Welcome all our clients come to visit us.
2.Q:What equipments do you have ?
A:Our factory owns a full set of machining and inspecting equipments, including large CNC machining center, sodick EDM, CNCengraving machine, laser cutting machine, bending machine, laser welder, radial drilling machine, milling machine, CMM, etc.
3.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: We test product quality from the very beginning to the very end. Our QC measure and check all the moulds and final products with CMM or other inspection tools regularly.
4.Q:Can you produce according to the samples or the technical drawing?
A: We have professional engineers who can well study samples and drawings. So we surely can produce according to your samples and technical drawings.
5.Q:How to order ?
A: Step 1, please tell us what model and quantity you need;
Step 2, then we will make a PI for you to confirm the order details;
Step 3, when we confirmed everything, you can arrange the payment;
Step 4, finally we deliver the goods within the stipulated time.
6.Q:Delivery Time?
A: Sample order: 1-3 days after receipt of the full payment.
Stock order: 3-7days after receipt of the full payment.
OEM order: 15-35 days after receipt of the deposit.
